Conditions:
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts included.
Returns of incomplete, damaged, or used products will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

You will receive confirmation and the return address.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
